John Edgar - Fixtures & Referees' Secretary
His early roles were as a taxi driver and team supporter before working up to one of the most important jobs in the club - goalpost erector. Last year he also added the role of occasional match reporter when the normal 'Scoop' was away on business. Life was grand until he foolishly 'volunteered' to become referees and fixtures sec since when he has become an increasingly isolated and lonely figure spending every waking moment glued to a computer screen trying to fit six games on two pitches all starting at the same time and with only two available referees, each trying to look after three separate games simultaneously. John is married to Pat who is a teaching assistant and who has also been roped in to help the club, as web manager of the U16 site. circa Oct 2009
